How To REALLY Hide On The Internet

You know, there's a lot of stuff out that says it can hide who you are, where you are and how you use the interent, but when I actually want to do that I go with a VPN.

Let me tell I tried TONS of free things that are supposed to hide your IP or change your IP with either built in IP spoofers or proxies. But guess what? That SHIT DOESN'T WORK! How do I know? Becuase I did what everybody does, I set it up, then go to a site to "check my IP" and it think, ok cool it's working. But in REAL LIFE when I need that stuff to work it didn't.

On just regular old sites that stuff was fine but when I needed to do some BUSINESS and that business was with Google (who had me banned me from doing a certain kind of business with them) Google saw right threw it. I burned through three or four new accounts until I found the real deal. A VPN.

A VPN is a Virtual Private Network and even though it sounds like something special all it really means is there's a PLACE in-between you and the sites you're looking at. I could write a bunch of stuff explaning that but here's an image capture from the company I use

The cheapest reliable company I could find was IBVPN. There's a lot of them out there, but they charge a nice penny, but IBVPN has a free thing with a few IP's. But I wanted their multiple IP's and pay about $3 a month (that's 10 CENTS a day, you can afford it!). That way if I burn one IP I can move on to another. And it's good for visiting torrent sites so there's no trace of ever going there. I don't use it to download, because that's pretty much anonymous (EDIT; just using a good proxy changer).

If you REALLY want to use something for downloading torrents you might go with a PAID proxy service like Proxify. They're one of the real ones that work.

I also use both those for fun stuff like downloading comic books from places like HotFile, that make you wait 30 minutes in-between downloads. Not me! I just switch IP's.

Vote For Steve-O To Play Deadpool

So like WOW, it's been THREE YEARS since I wrote this piece about Steve-O playing Deadpool. This is the 3rd anniversary so I've decided to come back and update this old piece.

First of all a move HAS been announced. And you know what? I'm taking credit for it! All the years this thing was out there, man I don't even KNOW how many thousands of people saw it. And I fully put this out there to get "the juices flowing" and they did flow. And that's how Deadpool ended up in Wolverine! Ok, I know you don't believe. That's ok. The problem is that now we have Ryan Reynolds to contend with. The guy CLEARLY likes comics and is trying to put is mitts on every comic book themed movie he can get his hands on. But WE MUST STOP THIS. I don't really like the guy, but I can at least I can understand why Hollywood likes him for "romantic comedies," but Jesus, Green Lantern? Deadpool? No no no no no.

So I've taken the vote OUT of this article and added some facebook & twitter stuff on the site. USE THEM. Spread the word and get THIS out there, and let it get loud. Not one foot of film has been shot yet and if we pull together we can make this happen.

Original Article With Vote Poll Removed

No, a movie has not been announced. But I’ve been thinking about this. I’ve been thinking about this for a while now actually. It probably isn’t healthy thinking, but it’s what I do. And the idea of a Deadpool movie is a bit of a stretch, BUT given all the super hero movies on their way to getting made he COULD be somebody a main character run into in one of their movies. So the next logical question is; who plays Deadpool? And for me the answer is obvious. Steve-O.

When you think about his sense of humor, his complete disregard for what happens to his body, his circus training, his affinity for the media (being polite here), and of course the voice. Deadpool is supposed to have some sort husky Demi Moore voice, and Steve-O’s got something going on with that voice of his. So he’s my choice. I enjoyed him in Jackass, I loved him in Wildboyz, and I haven’t seen the Dr. Steve-O show yet, but I think he could handle a small to medium sized part in a regular movie. I worry a little because I just Huffington Post piece about showbiz being too much for him to handle.

So the first step to make this happen is to get a grassroots movement going. So Vote!!!
